Terms of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
When Can You Return an Item?
Returns are accepted only in the case of a damaged, malfunctioning, or incorrect watch received by the buyer.
Since we provide detailed pictures, descriptions, and videos of each product beforehand, returns for any other reason cannot be accepted. Exceptional cases may be considered at our discretion. If the watch is working as described, no refund will be entertained.
When Will Your Refund Be Processed?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Who Bears Shipping Charges for Returns?
Shipping costs for sending items back to us are the responsibility of the buyer. In case of exchanges, VSF Watches will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
